Social Media Community Lead I Capgemini I Mumbai

Job Description
  • Work with the onshore digital team to develop and implement community management strategy for defined social channels
  • Work with PR, Product Knowledge Management and Corporate Communications teams to respond to negative comments that could impact the brand reputation
  • Review inbound comments and customer enquiries across channels and respond appropriately and in a timely manner
  • Plan and execute community relationship posts
  • Work with social media and Brand & Communications teams to develop and manage the influencer strategy, ensuring brand consistency
  • Maintain FAQ and who’s who documentation to enable quick responses to enquiries and comments
Primary Skills
  • Over 7 years of experience working in social media management
  • High level of proficiency using social media community management platforms such as Hootsuite
Secondary Skills
  • Strong knowledge of best practices for the different social channels
  • Good experience with social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Radian6, Talkwalker, Sprinklr etc.
